i need unity 2017.3.0f3 to run some old projects, but i can’t find it on archive. is there a way to get it?

Same, cant find unity 2017 or unity 5 versions on the Unity archive, seems like Unity removed them for whatever reason.
Ran into the same issue the other day with 5.6. My old Pro key suddenly didn’t work anymore either and no response from support in over a week 
You can still install it though if you visit the release page directly and hit install there, eg: Unity 2017.3.0
Make sure to google the right version number
