I have subscribed for the Unity Plus plan for 1 seat. I activated the seat and successfully assigned one user in the seat. Everything seems fine in the website dashboard. But I can’t upgrade the editor.
I don’t know actually how it is done. In the “Manage License” section, I tried “Check for Updates”. It says the licence is updated but my editor is still showing “Personal”. I tried “Activate New License”, it says that my license is expired yesterday(4th June 2017), but I just paid for it today(5th June 2017)!
It’s very urgent. Please somebody help me out.
Note : I tried the above steps logging into the owner account and also the user account. Both attempts were failed.
