Character Animation Help

Hello,

I am trying to animate several characters with some standard animations such as walk, run etc.

I have imported the characters into animeeple and applied an animation to one and exported them all as dae and to fbx using blender. I want to be able to apply a single animation to all the characters however i have noticed some deforming of the mesh in some characters.

Is it possible to use a single animation for all characters or should i generate one for each?

I am quite new to animation.

Thanks

Karl

Yes, it is possible, but you have to use exactly the same skeleton for all your characters which share same animation. If you want to have different propertions/size, then make separate animations for each.

Ah, that explains the problems. Ok thanks i will use seperate animations.

Karl, you have to mark the answer as correct (if it solved your problem). And you shouldn't post comments as answers. Welcome to UnityAnswers :) we're just trying to keep order here :D
