I am facing the same issue.
Apart from the issue mentioned by @ [SHAYAN_GREAT] (Profile - SHAYAN_GREAT - Unity Discussions) above, I am unable to access the content of ongoing course via ‘MY LEARNING DASHBOARD’ link as well.
