Default Layouts on 2018.4

Hi,
I am new to Unity and am doing the Create with Code project. One of the activity was to customerise the panel layout. When I click the Default tab, there was not other layout options, e.g. Tall, 2 by 3, 4 split??

If anyone kindly let me know why, it would be appreciated.

Select “Revert Factory Settings…” from drop-down.
