Did Inference Engine package revert to the old Sentis name?

Hi,

I noticed that a new version of the Inference Engine was available in the Unity Package Manager, and checked the Inference Engine documentation at: https://docs.unity3d.com/Packages/com.unity.ai.inference@2.4/manual/index.html

It seems this version of the documentation is somewhat separated from the old Inference Engine docs page, since I cannot access this page without using the link above (or changing the URL to “@latest”.

Is this a mistake, or will Inference Engine be referred to as Sentis in the future?

The name has changed back to Sentis. The package name remains the same. You shouldn’t need any code changes, and the package is findable via either name in package manager.

Yes it has, sorry about that, but to simplify we only changed the display name, everything else should be the same so it doesn’t affect your code.
