Does anyone know how to get asset store promo codes to work? ALLSTARS2023 is supposed to give you 5 free assets - but it says it’s invalid.

Make sure there is no space at the end. It happens if you copy from the website.

Obviously the whole procedure is:

  • put all assets in your cart
  • copy the code to the clipboard
  • go for the checkout
  • click the first check box accepting the terms
  • fill out your data or check it if it’s auto-filled
  • paste the code
  • make sure there is no spaces in the coupon field
  • hit the apply button
  • when the promo applied, hit the “pay now” button

I’m pretty sure it’s ALLSTARS2023, it’s on the asset store site and I copied and pasted it. And it worked for me.

My guess is someone realized it was the wrong year, changed the code but didn’t update the front page. ALLSTARS2024 worked for me.

Not really sure if it is your case, but you can only redeem that code on 5 selected assets, not the assets you want.

They said that it was a mistake and now allow both ALLSTARS2023 and ALLSTARS2024 to work.

Aside from those five assets it’s just a normal sale.
