Actually those dwarfs I made for this game: http://www.dwarvenmonsterslayers.com/?page_id=27
This is kind of custom work. It maybe more dwarfs will come. So yes this is set, But unlikely all my preview sets every dwarf have his own face, body, and character, not only armor.
very cool! That champion looks pretty awesome as well. Love the details of your work. I still have a bunch of your stuff tagged in my wishlist for when I get funds to start dropping back into my development. So there will definitely be some purchases coming down the road. Not sure how far down, but definitely coming! Especially if you are able to get some different racial sets like this going. I’m probably going to be using UMA for player characters, but races like this would be awesome for NPC villages throughout my world.
And you are very welcome! I hope to make more races of course. There is only one problem - time. I remember 4-5 years ago it took 3-5 days to make character. Now it takes month or more.
Actually very soon one artist will not be able to compete with big companies. Even now if I had motion capture animations and human skin scans from persons I chose as prototype of my characters I was able to make assets much better and faster.
Outstanding texture work as always mr_Necturus. May find yourself getting a message from Unity about top quality content on the store.
Really - great work.
Actually, speaking about top quality work… I totally missed the Dwarf Slayer he posted to the asset store. Top notch as well. Did you do a thread on him as well? Maybe I did see it and forgot. (Mind not functioning as good as it used to… lol) Love the detail of him! The tattoo artwork is AWESOME! Between this one, the champion, and the slayer… Awesome start to a dwarf set! Do you have plans for some lady dwarves as well?
Thank you for kind words Shawn67!
Yes it was thread about Dwarf Slayer, sure. http://forum.unity3d.com/threads/dwarf-slayer.359479/
As I said these dwarfs is custom work, so I don’t decide by myself what characters need to be done.
