Hello:
We got an Education Grant License for our students at our public school district. When I try to activate the license using the license key serial number provided in the EGL welcome e-mail, I get an error message in Unity Hub:
Serial number covered but I have the original if needed to be sent out privately. I tried several times the number and did make sure that no typos were on it but no success.
We need to make sure this is available to use ASAP as our teachers need to prepare and learn this challenging program before they get to introduce it to our students.
Can someone at Unity assist us with this issue?
