Error: Incomplete or corrupted download file

I am trying to download the latest version of Unity from the Hub (2019.3.7f1). It always looks like it finishes downloading, but then it removes itself from the Installs before it finishes, and pops up the error in the title. I have attached the logs in a zipped folder.
