I’m thinking of putting a flowchart in my dissertation for methodology. I have come up with this so far. Does it make sense? Can somebody offer any advice if anything wrong.

It is a gamedev forum, and topics to be discussed in this section are supposed to be gamedev related. This rule is unusual (normally “General” means “anything goes”), but that’s how it is.
Your flowchart seems to be dealing with chemistry or biology, and I’m not sure why would you ask for help with it here.
