I added some new assets for my VRChat avatar and tried to upload it and now its giving me this message does anyone know how to fix this?

2022.3.22f1 is not the latest version of this Unity LTS. Check the Archives page to find the latest version. But Unity 2022.3 is not supported for regular users.

Unity releases have a period of support. Check your issue in the supported Unity versions to exclude this scenario first (Unity 6.0 or 6.3).
