I got some problem create text in unity

Hi Guys,

I just got a question about create text for my VR Video and I follow this tutorial

Learn the UI - Text - Unity 4 6 Beta

to create the text, however

when I create the canvas is like this big ( The small dark sphere is my scene ) and

I don’t know how to scale it down, anyone can give me a hand?

btw, is there anyone better way to create text in my 3d scene? thank you!
