We are logged it and it keeps asking for a subscription which we already bought. How do we start swords and shovels>

Did you fix the problem? Just try to log in as a user on the top right and then navigate to the tutorial service.
If the problem is very hard and persist or If you need support, there is a “Custom Service” for this type of problems.

Subscription is not necessary in Unity. Yes for swords and shovels. And course let you learn faster.
