iPhone SDK 2.2

I am just about ready to upload my first game to the appStore but I noticed the following on the iPhone Dev Portal.

I have updated my SDK to and iPod Touch to 2.2. Does this mean I can’t build for anything before 2.2? If yes, do I need to rollback the SDK to a previous version and downgrade my iPod touch? I’m hoping not but that language makes me wonder.
