Low level platform graphics api implementation performance improvement

We have dedicated teams focusing on improving DX12 and Vulkan implementations (for instance, DX12 team has been sharing what they’ve been doing here: DX12 is out of experimental since 2022.2.0a17 ). As far as I know, we are not aware of any systemic issues with OpenGLES3 or DirectX 11, can you elaborate why you think those need a rewrite?
