Just started working my way through the tutorials, and I have stumbled upon an issue regarding one of the tutorials (which I think might be related to the editor itself).
The move tool does not seem to work. I am working on the Karting Microgame Tutorial and was adding my preferences, tracks and everything to it.
When I actually tried to move the scene (I wanted a place of ramp on the map), the move tool does not move the scene at all. Tried after a day and tried restarting my laptop, that also does not seem to have solved the issue.
Any help would be appreciated
PS: I actually recorded a video and tried uploading it, but I think that we can’t upload it. The PrtSc (Print Screen) button doesn’t seem to show the mouse pointer, so, this post is without any photos or videos
This has to be ultra-simple to fix. Perhaps try resetting layouts (upper right corner) ?
If not, make a blank scene, put a cube into it, press W to bring up the move tool, select the cube and start figuring out where the other scene went wrong.
If you still cannot move anything in the other scene, it might be some scripting in that scene holding the track in place, but that seems unlikely. Try put a cube in the other scene, move that, etc.
