After installing Unity Hub 3.19 I was unable to open earlier versions of Unity, for example 2022.3.6 LTS. The Hub would launch the project but the Unity editor window would never open. I also tried creating a new project using an older version with the same issue. The only fix appeared to be roiling back to an earlier version of Unity Hub
