This is fascinating:smile:, any job system support? It would be useful to improve multithread performance by delegating FSMs in this way.
That last screenshot reminded me of the ECS, so is there a possibility of supporting ECS? (I donāt think so, but it doesnāt hurt to ask:p)

I donāt want to give an exact date yet, but Iāll post updates.
The update model is much more flexible so it should be possible. But it will be after the 2.0 release.
Not immediately in 2.0, but it is a longer term goal.
Will Playmaker 2 integrate scriptable objects further for events and variables so they can be used more directly with c# scripts as outlined by Ryan Hipple in Unite Austin 2017? I think that would make it indestructible. ![]()
Edit: And maybe more importantly: will we be able to upgrade Playmaker 1 projects? Pretty please?
Yes, global events and variables are scriptable objects, so they can be easily referenced in non playmaker scripts. We also use a project database to track all references, so you can quickly find where events and variables are used. And thereās UI to see event subscribers, send test events etc.
We need to lock down 2.0 features first, but upgrading of 1.0 projects is on my radar.
