Why am I getting this error?

I get this every time I try to create a key, or alias in the Keystore Manager. I am using 2023.1.9f1. This fix doesn’t work because “tools” already exists and sdktools.jar is in the correct place: Unity 2021.3.6f Keystore issue - Unity Engine - Unity Discussions
