Sweet!!! I have had this asset for years, I drop this here, he is a trusted publisher here, and Unity community minded.

Good luck in the contest, I will surly throw a vote for thisā€¦ I have been away for Unity for quite a few years, but it is good to see some of the devs are stillā€¦ knee deep in ā€¦ " programing " Thank you, Good luck!

Bought this asset with big hopes for projects I was working onā€¦ in VRChat.

Sadly, VRChat restricts scripting so much that this asset does absolutely nothing within the worlds using it. Gorgeous in the Unity editor! Would have been great if it worked for my projects, but it simply does not, and I have unfortunately no other use for it.

I would like to get a refund.

Rest assured that this asset -does- seem to work as advertized, just not in VRChat (sadly.)

Hello, yes unfortunately it wonā€™t work with VRChat. Please send me a mail at vondox@live.de with your invoice number or contact Unity asset store directly for a refund.

Hello @Vondox

Thank you. Thank you very much. I have always wanted to see the northern lights, so I have been working on a VR experience and used your asset. WOW WOW WOW. Fabulous work, thank you very much.

Have a wonderful weekend

Hello peoples,

I am SURE this is my fault, but Iā€™m not sure what I am doing wrong. I am building a VR experience (available on my site: VR.ORA ) and I am having a situation at sunset and sunrise where it SEEMS to me that the light is going through the terrain. Imgur: The magic of the Internet ā† This is at sunset and you can see the orange glow coming through the terrain. If you run this in VR you can really see it. If you try the Experience, you can see this issue just as the experience starts, look to your right. If you want to see it at sunrise, you need to stay on the boat for a second lap.

Unity 2022.3.13
URP
VR - Single Pass
I BELIEVE itā€™s set as defered. Project Settings > Graphics > Scriptable Render Pipeline Settings > the pipeline object within Render List > Rendering > Rendering Path = Deferred

So yea, Iā€™m sure Iā€™ve set something wrong, but I have no idea where to look

Thanks for any thoughts

EDIT: And while Iā€™m being bothersome, I have an ignorant question: What processes/settings affect the ā€œSun and Moon Directional Lightā€ At a very SPECIFIC time the Intensity value goes from 0 to 0.4ā€¦ and itā€™s quite a jump, but I have spent a good deal of today attempting to find what values affect this action, with zero luck. So a clue would be helpful, please.

Hello, please check your Weather Type ā†’ Fog ā†’ ā€œFog Sky-Color Blendingā€ and set it lower. About the light jump:

At some point we need to change the directional light from sun to moon / moon to sun. Unfortunately only BIRP supports multiple directional lights at the moment. So there is no real fix for this in URP. You can use the simple ā€œmoon modeā€ in your Sky settings to have more control where moon will be at nights (opposite of the sun). However you loose real world moon position of course.

Thank you very much, I get the point about the issues.

Have a great year

Hi is this compatible with mobile and WebGL?

Hello, yes both are supported. However I only recommend Enviro 3 for newer faster mobile devices.

Awesome! Basically every other sky solution doesnā€™t work on either lmao.

You should update your page to mention that cause imo itā€™s a big deal

I plan to switch to APV in 2023.3 and use sky occlusion for day and night, so having it properly compatible with URP is ideal.

Hello, I would like to find a way to quickly make it dark while maintaining real-time time. Because the sunset time in UniStorm is different from my local sunset time, I have now obtained the local sunset time. I am missing a method to make it dark. Do you have any good methods? Because I couldnā€™t find any way to set the sunset time, I look forward to your reply. Thank you

Hello, do you use UniStorm? You might be in wrong thread.

Hello. Thank you for an awsome product.
I am using Enviro 3 with Universal render pipeline and Iā€™m trying to get it to work in WebGL.

It looks like I cannot get the clouds and fog to work unless I add the Enviro URP Render Feature to the PipelineAsset_ForwardRenderer.
When I do this though, the WebGL build breaks completly. It looks nice without it but obviously I do not get any clouds or Fog then.
Is there something I need to do that Iā€™m missing?

This is a screen shot of the URP sample scene (Sample_URP) in a WebGL build. It looks like this in edge, Firefox and Chrome.

Thank you.

Edit:
I should add that there are no extra logs in the console log. I have a few built in shaders giving me an error but itā€™s the same error with or without the Enviro URP Render Feature added.
I build this in Unity version 2022.3.14f1 and 2023.3.0a14 with the same results.

Hello, thanks for your report! I will have a look into it and fix asap.

I done some tests today and I think you might not using Enviro 3.0.7a? However there is a small oversight in this version that breaks building in URP WebGL. Please make sure to update Enviro to 3.0.7. I also will send you a patch then everything should work fine.

Hm, at the moment thereā€™s a lot of errors in 2023.3 beta due to obsolete function use.

Just thought you should know, I wanted to test it with APV use and while it technically works it really doesnā€™t like those obsolete functions.
