If those assets are from the asset store, yes. The license for asset store items allows you to use and sell them in a commercial game. If they are not from the asset store, then it’s entirely subjective to the license they are under.

The Appendix 1 section describes your rights as a person who has bought from the asset store. It’s a universal license, that the developers have to agree too in order to sell on the store, so you know it will be consistent for all assets that are there.
