Setting Animation clip to 139 to 139 doesn't work?

Why is it that I can never set a animation clip to only play the last frame?
It always just ignores it. I have to do 138 to 139 for example.
Maybe its possible add another frame in the animation editor window. I haven’t looked into that.
Then i could just repeat the last frame.

Wondering if anyone has any thoughts on this

Oh I guess setting it to 138 to 139 does play the last frame. Thought i had some other issues with that though in the past.
