Stargol , rts android

seems to be the right place to put my little Unity Android game :

tha name of the game is Stargol it s kind of mix of rts game and defense
made in 4 month alone at home :

it s free … and need feedback on gameplay to improve next version :

I’m an RTS vet and I really like what I see on the youtube video :slight_smile: Downloading now!

Update: Just played it, nice for a first version! It took me too long to figure out where were the energy displays, and it was quite frustrating until I understood that the unsuspecting box to the left of the base should be dragged around - try adding some flash/spark particles to the thing to clearly show it should be placed / it’s ready. I also don’t like the framerate counter (which doubles as a “failed” display?) on the top of the screen, there should at least be a toggle for it. Upgraded “moving” turrets seemed too fast, and not having a way to sell the turrets quickly took the game to cash-starvation and inevitable defeat after a big wave came in. Overall very good gameplay prototype that imo requires lots of work in the critical user-feedback department and some balance. Well done, congratz :slight_smile:

it s not a full RTS , just small part of it , my favorite one : collect and protect your cash ,pocket rts with pocket game play i tried a lot of RTS for android but i m sure it take a pc mouse and big screen to play that kind of game

actually it s just a beta test for gameplay , and i d like to get feedback from playerrs to know what they r expected for for my opinion i like to keep keep fingers busy on screen and a constant pressure that wher i ll try to go

theres a small tutorial to explain how to create units , but i make some modification , a poping particles or something like in the tutorial if player dont move the egg for a few seconds , i ll remove the failed message which is old sticky debug …bug :slight_smile:
so you probably know how much it s difficult to find the right tuning for all parameters in RTS , and more difficult right noe is getting players feedback … i played my game too much and for me it s actually too easy to clear the 5 levels , just keep create more and more collectors, walkers are way too efficient and too fast you r right . i ll add more parameters to tweak :slight_smile:
i eard that Blizzard took 2 years to balance the fist starcraft … !!
