Does anyone have experiences with steam deck. Is it worth publishing on there? How was the revenue compared to other platforms? How difficult was the development and testing on that device with unity?

It’s no different than publishing to Steam. You can just additionally ask for a Steam Deck compatibility review, which is basic Steamworks integration and generic controller support. As for revenue, I don’t think there are Deck specific metrics? It’s just Steam. But their algorithm might give an extra push due to Deck support availability.
