Terrain Editor Missing

When I click on a brand new terrain (or even ones I used to be able to edit), I don’t get the terrain editing options such as brushes, or any of the buttons usually located in Terrain(script). Why is this and how do I get them back? I have Terrain(script), but it only has options to changes such things as tree detail and draw settings.

Does anyone know how to resolve this issue?

Can you post a screenshot of what exactly the Terrain Inspector looks like for you?

Yes…If I knew how to do that. I’m on a Windows system. I have the screenshot. I just don’t know how to insert it.

First, crop the image down to just the Inspector since we don’t need to see 1920x1200 shots just showing one little thing in the corner (sorry, new pet peeve of mine ;)).

Then just add the file as an attachment when you make a post (make sure it’s a .png or .jpg).

Oh. Never bothered to look below this message box to see the big “ADD ATTACHMENT” dialogue. Here’s the screenshot. You’ll notice, there are no editing tools. This is on a brand new project, where all I did was add a terrain. Also, it may be important to note that I used to get the editor tools. Even in the same project that I was working on, I initially had them, but then they disappeared.

Sorry, I should’ve realized what the problem was without the screenshot

Your Inspector is in Debug mode… you can change it back to normal by clicking on the pop-up menu in the top right-hand side and choosing Normal.
