texturing. unity or blender.

Hey, I am currently having trouble with texturing in blender 2.65. Basically I am modelling a hotel but the texture that I apply to the outside wall also appears inside and there seems to be no way of texturing one side only.
I was wondering if texturing in unity is possible and if I would be able to apply different textures to each side of the wall? (which is a flat plane with a solidify modifier applied to it).
The only option I have thought of so far is to copy the wall and have two planes back to back but this is proving to me very messy.
Any help would be great, this is getting me really frustrated as I cant find answers anywhere.

Cheers,

Mark

Here is a good thread about your request!

You should model both sides. It’s far less messy than the alternative (writing some kind of custom shader). Walls should have thickness anyway, so back-to-back isn’t really ideal.
