There is a problem with my editor, I use the dark theme, but after a while the editor will automatically change back to the light theme, no matter what version it is, does anyone know how to solve it?

That’s VERY strange. I wonder if there’s a permission problem. Try closing Unity and the Hub, (fully exit both), then launch Hub to run as an administrator and launch Unity then and see if it still does it then.
I’ve tried. It doesn’t work.I can’t find out why. I’ve reinstalled unity many times, or even reinstalled windows, but it still happens
maybe you can try this:use editor directly instead of using unity hub.someone solve the problem in this way;

I haven’t tried any below 2019 version .I have this problem with version 2019, 2020 and 2021, including LTS versions for 2019 and 2020.
Happened to me today too on Unity 2019.4.21f1. First just a few random UI elements turned bright then the whole editor. Not a big problem since resetting it in preferences helped in my case but I wonder which other settings may have changed without any reason (don’t want to check them all). Is this a remnance of the copy protection entanglement with the dark theme or something HUB related?

Yes, it’s not a big problem, but the frequency of this problem is very high. It will trigger every hour or so, which bothers me very much

yes, it happens to me too frequently. I’m using unity 2019 LTS
I’ve been getting this infrequently as well, even on blank projects and fresh installs. The latest 2020, 2019, and 2018 (including 2018.4.20f) LTS branches all suffer from this.
It probably is a bug in Unity’s algorithm where they are calculating usage rights. I have the same problem but on the other way around: normally I would love to use the light theme, but it frequently switches itself to dark theme so much so I just left there (never switches back to light theme).
I have a Plus subscription, I guess that’s why it’s the other way around.
I’m getting it regardless of license, Plus or Personal
This happens to me way too often, and I keep getting flashbanged by the editor. I hope this gets fixed soon.
I’m using unity 2021.1.14 recently, but this problem doesn’t appear at the moment. Maybe it has been solved?
That’s the version I’m in, actually. Granted, I’m on Linux (Ubuntu 21.04, to be precise)

I am also experiencing this in 2021.1.14f1
The editor will appear to start up in dark mode, but some UI elements will be colored for light theme and the setting in Preferences will be set to light theme.
