It appears that the video shows more categories in the Asset Store section than the website provides, e.g. “Breakthrough Publisher” is absent.
Good eyes! You’re absolutely right , some of the categories shown in the video aren’t open for public voting. Those are internal categories voted on by Unity employees. We have a lot of passionate folks across the company, and this gives them a chance to celebrate the projects and people that inspire them internally.
The Categories where Unity Employees will get a say includes:

I think you need to add labels for this separation like:

this thing is mostly about showing off creators and showing off unity, why does the nominee videos not have any videos or at least pictures shown? this really defeats the entire point of the ceremony
