When I try to log in to the asset store, either via Unity or the web page, I am getting an error that simply says “Exception”. There is no further information. I went to reset my password, thinking that was the issue, and the site for password reset did not load for me.
Is this an issue solely with me or are others experiencing the same thing?

At the moment, the store is working for me. There were a few times in the past when the store would fail to load. I just go do something else and check back later. The problem has always been temporary, at least for me.
Are you saying, your connection to the store is permanently down? How long has this been happening? You should tell Unity support if this is the case.
