Hi there,
Been reading though the “Understanding Unity Performance” Expert Guide and while it is a very good document with lots of information, the code samples are all missing on the PDF. I can infer the content of pretty much all of them from the description, but it would be quite good if it could be fixed and reuploaded!.

Indeed it is! Neither did I until today, it seems to me that Unity is getting lots of good in-depth documentation that is not publicised particularly well!
