Any ideas how to fix this warning ?
File C:\Users\Username.android\repositories.cfg could not be loaded. System.Threading.ThreadHelper:ThreadStart ()

I was recently trying to reinstall Android Studio and one of the instructions was to delete File C:\Users\Username.android

Have I deleted something essential ?
How do I repair it ?

I installed a new version of unity and the error went away.
