What colliders should I use in a beat em up 2D game to make the character move up and down?

I’m making a 2D beat em up game. The Question is that I don’t know what colliders I should use to make my character move up and down in the playable area. The playable area is the street in this case.

As a general rule, we'll need a lot more information about your project before we can offer help. Screenshots are always a good idea. "Up and Down" is not descriptive enough - these words mean different things in different situations.
