I’ve started working with Unity back in 2009 and been using it continuously since 2014. I have not seen that model before. It is probably not a default Unity asset. It may have been a free Asset Store asset at some time.
Or maybe that trivia section about this asset is an in-joke? It does not link a source to confirm the statement.
It could be a modified version of the default bald guy running around to demonstrate Mecanim. I don’t think it’s default as it appears now, but maybe started off that way.
