When I Open the PackageManager ,it always can’t refresh properly,I try to switch off/on proxy,sign off and then sign on,
I even delete the UnityHub and UnityEditor,

I use those cmd behind

Hello, I’m sorry you are having this issue, but it seems you have some misconfiguration on your environment variables/proxy.

The fact that neither the Hub nor Package Manager can connect likely means your setup isn’t correct, maybe you need to specify the protocol for HTTPS_PROXY=http://127.0.0.1:54163 ? as you are getting the error Invalid protocol

If it is a connectivity issue, you could try on the terminal

SET HTTPS_PROXY=<url to proxy server>
curl -I https://packages.unity.com

and check you get a proper response and not an error

In past,I curl the https://packages.unity.com only got the

Now I change the HTTPS_PROXY properly,I can successful curl to https://packages.unity.com.
