Which version of Gaia to use

I am exploring Unity for the first time, installed Unity Personal 2021.3.7f1 and I want to install Gaia to create terrain using heightmap data, should I go for Gaia Pro 2021 - Terrain & Scene Generator or Gaia 2021 - Terrain & Scene Generator

I am exploring this not for commercial use is there a free version of Gaia that I can use, please suggest.
