Hi,
I just received this notification 3 days ago on Unity Forums. I tried o find some contact information on the page notifying me about this but I did not find. Then I mailed “Unity Customer Service” and told them that I am a genuine user and I never tried to spam the forum. A support ticket was opened and I got reply telling me that I will be contacted back in 3 days. It has been 3 days now I did not receive any mail. So I am posting here. Pardon me If this is not the place to ask.

Also I received an email 9 days ago from no-reply@unity3d.com with the username Unity Answers telling me that I need to validate my email address. I read it late and then on clicking the provided link, I got notified that “This validation token has expired. Please request a new one”. But I don’t know how to request new one because email did not have any included link to do so. I am also wondering if this validation email was a real one and was not something fake spam over which I had clicked.

Hi, I also contacted customer service and after 6 days I got their reply and they have talked to the forum moderators and have unblocked my account. I have got a warning not to spam again otherwise I will be banned permanently. But I don’t know why they considered my one or two replies (consisting of thanks or answers) as spam. Any how, I have been unblocked and back to the unity forums. Regards,
