Always get rejected

Hi, I keep uploading my game and I am getting rejected due to some reasons.
Usually, I am googling those things and read all the policies again but now I have no idea…

And I am getting this picture for example:

The problem may be the “Get Extra” button with the Play ad sign?

Unless your game has to be for kids, I think that program is not worth doing. You will have lots of trouble for ads and IAP approval with it. (It’s additional approval process)

Yea, eventually I came to that conclusion. I thought that I am losing half of the audience.
Changed it to 13+ and added Tv icon over ads and they accepted it.
