Android // IOS DISPLAY TURNING ON APP START

Hey guys i have a big problem. I only want that my game when it gets open run in LandscapeLeftMode but i dont now HOW i can do it BIG REGARDS for your Help cause i dunno how to fix this AND sorry for my bad english

In Unity:
File → Build Settings → Player Settings → Settings for iOS or Settings for Android → Resolution and Presentation → Default Orientation Allowed Orientations for AutoRotation
