Animation is messed up imported

Hello everybody,
I have a model in maya 2010 wich is rigged and animated that I wish to bring into unity.
It looks like this:

But when I export it as FBX and bring it to unity it looks like this:

I have tried different export settings, bake animations and just bring the mb file to unity.
Nothing seems to work, I just want to bring the whole animation as it looks in maya to unity.

It seems like that animation or skinning does not apply on model.

Make sure you have skin modifier expanded on top of editable poly. Other than that i wouldnt know whats wrong.

Post your FBX file I will have a look, are you baking it on export by any chance? Or just exporing the file raw?
