I got this message from Apple. I explained to them that I am using Unity Ads and that I am serving ads every 10 minutes and that people can click on certain buttons to get ads to be shown.
Anyone else have this issue?

You need to remove iAd from your build.

Not when I am using UnityAds, right?
The response from Apple is basically saying that they didn’t see an ad during the time that they reviewed your app. If you show an ad within the first minute or two of running the app, you should be good.
At what point in your game are you currently showing ads, and what kind of ads are they?
I am using the standard ads, but they only show every 10 minutes and not at all the first time the app is played. I wrote them that, but a whole day has gone by without a reply.
Edit:
I would suggest adding some explanation in the documentation that you inform Apple exactly where and when ads are shown. That would prevent situations like this for new developers.
Apple approved the app after I explained where the ads are in the game! Check my signature for the showcase link.
