Build on 2006 mini mac

Hello
I am new at exporting on mac. I have mini mac from 2006 with osx Snow Leopard. I would like to make build to xcode 4.2 from unity 4.5. Xcode tells me that I need to use xcode 5 or higher. When I want to make a build under sdk 4, It tells me that I need to do it on sdk 4 or higher. I can’t update because I have only core duo 1.66. So I am stucked.

Please help me, I am new to mac world.

cant you just update to the new xcode version? its free.

update needs better procesor

I had to buy a newer mac so I could update the OSX so I could update Xcode so I could publish to iOS7. See what they do there?

They make you artificially upgrade/update to do everything. Case in point, you need to be on the OSX Yosemite which isn’t even fully released yet to upload videos to iTunes Connect, insane!!! Artificial requirements I tell ya!!

The Mac mini 2006 is too old (and too 32-bit), sorry. You typically need to be able to run the latest OS/XCode in order to publish to iOS. The good news is that since the hardware hasn’t fundamentally changed that much since switching everything over to 64-bit some years ago, the computers don’t get obsoleted as often as they used to…last I heard, everything that can run 10.9 can also run 10.10.
