Build WebGL project error

unity verison is 2017.1.0f3, os version is windows 7.
project path is D:\unityWebTest\unityWeb, webgl project build path is D:\unityWebTest\

I made an empty unity project to build an webgl project, the project infomation is listed above, but three errors occured every time. I googled for one day but none solution seems to be my choice. does any one know the solution? thanks a lot. the following are the three errors

This is supposed to be fixed in 2017.1.0p3, which should be release very soon. Check the patch releases page later this week.
