can i sell assets on the store and from my own website

hello all,

as the title shows, this is what im asking. mainly because since these are sound files, i would also like to sell these on my website so other developers other than unity ones can buy and use them the same as unity users will be. the packages would be the same, so no actual difference other than where people can buy it from
i would also link to the unity store from my site

Just keep in mind that you’re prohibited from selling assets on your website at a lower price than the Asset Store.
