It doesn’t appear in the Help dropdown or in the Package-Manager. Alt + ' shortcut also doesn’t work.
Unity version 2021-1.2f1. It worked perfectly fine in version 2019-3.0f5.

Please try pressing Ctrl+k. Or find the magnifying glass 
icon next to the Layers tab in the top right of the Editor.

i can’t find quick search anywhere.
but , old unity, maybe 2020 version , i found it. and used it.
now i have unity 2021.2.4 version
it may be bug!

All this pain to search for game objects with a given tag… wth 
sorry but “engine” is too big of a word to use for this Also don’t forget… make an asset to search for stuff so the “engine” can get 30% cut for coding their own product for them. very smart tbh

– AggressorThe shortcut is customisable: the corresponding menu command is Edit > Search All... so you can customise it in Edit > Shortcuts... then type "search all" in the search bar.
