It doesn’t appear in the ‘help’ dropdown or in the package manager. Alt + ’ shortcut also doesn’t work.
Unity version 2021.1.2f1. It worked perfectly fine in version 2019.3.0f5.

Please try pressing ctrl+k. Or find the magnifying glass icon next to the “Layers” tab in the top right of the Editor.

i can’t find quick search anywhere.
but , old unity, maybe 2020 version , i found it. and used it.
now i have unity 2021.2.4 version
it may be bug!

All this pain to search for game objects with a given tag… wth 
sorry but “engine” is too big of a word to use for this Also don’t forget… make an asset to search for stuff so the “engine” can get 30% cut for coding their own product for them. very smart tbh
