Choppy editor in Windows 10

Hello,
I recently upgraded to Windows 10 and am running Unity 5.2.3f1 64-bit. I am seeing horrible performance in the editor, both in scene view, as well as when playing a scene. I am seeing choppy rendering, and it seems like I am radically jumping between around 60fps to 30fps, back and forth. I am also seeing flashing artifacts in the editor in different places.

Here is a gif of me dragging a cube around in the editor: http://gph.is/21f5TJc
And here is a gif of a basic cube with a move script being played in the editor: http://gph.is/1MQGJqE

I know the gifs are probably hard to notice the performance issue, but you should be able to see the flashing in the editor, as well as the jump in fps.

I have tried shutting down every running process, I have tried turning my graphics card setups from sli to off and back again, and I should note that I am not running PrecisionX. I am able to run builds just fine outside of the editor. I can also play from the editor in Maximize mode, with a little bit of stuttering, although much less.

Any help is greatly appreciated!

I’d love to get an answer on this too. I am having the same issue with Unity 5.3.0, 5.2.4, and 5.2.3. Running Win10. 32gb ram, i7 6700k, and a 970.

Well the issue is definitely directx11, just ran unity in dx9 and it is perfect.

Possibly the same issues as this one: Unity 5.3 Performance issues - Unity Engine - Unity Discussions ?

As a final follow up. It was the Sonic Studio program that comes with asus mobos. Disabling that fixed the issue.
