Controller not detecting after export to the project from unity

Hi,
I exported the Windows mixed reality scene from unity and i installed it in my system.
When i open the application i cannot see the controller in my scene instead i am getting a cube.
I checked in the script MotionControllers object in unity, check box was unchecked for both “Always used alternatives”.

When i test it in unity editor i can see the controller but its not coming after export.

can any one please tell me why this problem coming?

Is this using HoloToolkit controllers from github?

Yes got it form the GitHub. But when i open the project in unity latest version this problem not coming.

I would recommend fronting that question to the github page itself. We don’t work on that project so we aren’t able to accurately answer many questions about it.
