Error Console Has Become Permanently Broken On My Computer In 4.2.

So, last night I go to save a script I am working on, and no errors are displayed. I go to hit play, and Unity tells me all errors must be fixed before play mode… This is how it started, ever since then, the console wont display ANYTHING. Not debugs, not warnings, nothing.

So I figured, well lets see if its a corrupt project… Opened a new project, still happening. Tried re-installing Unity twice, in different directories, still happening…

Any ideas? I am working on several paid projects that cant be downgraded to earlier versions on Unity…

Are you sure your errors/warnings are enabled? (by clicking those 3 icons, see attachment image)

next id try,

  • deleting unity register with regedit *But take backup of it first!
