Error refreshing assets in package manager

Can’t get my assets in my project because of this. There were other threads related to this problem but it doesn’t works for me and the problem still continues

Quit Unity as well as the hub once completely (for the hab you gotta go to the system tray and select quit in the rightclicknmenu on the icon). Alternatively restart the computer.

For future google travelers:

I had to close and re-open both Unity and Unity Hub for this to work. Closing and re-opening Unity was not sufficient. Signing out of Unity Hub was not sufficient.
