Feature request: Release notes for new Unity versions

It would be great if there were a link to the Release Notes webpage when a new version of Unity is ready to download. With the fairly rapid cadence of Unity releases, I don’t like to tell my whole team to update unless I see something in the notes that makes it worthwhile, so a link directly from Unity Hub would make life a little bit easier :slight_smile:
